COVID19 Policy

Due to the COVID19 Epidemic, we adhere to additional health and safety protocols if required or on request. 

At Plotsklaps we continue to follow a strict hygiene code understand the importance of regular and consistent hand washing and sanitizing.

Please make use of the hand sanitizer in the cottage regularly. 

If requested by guests, or if the national state of disaster is reinstated by the South African government due to another outbreak, we will follow our Covid-19 safety protocols.

Covid-19 safety protocols:

• No mask, No entry policy.
• All guests will be required to wear a face mask when checking in or at the communal areas. 
• Guests will be screened, and temperature’s will be taken during the check-in process. 
• Any guest’s temperature recorded outside of the normal range (above +38˚C) will result in the deferment of the booking and the guest will be required to return home.
• We insist that staff refrain from physical contact, such as shaking hands, in addition to keeping a respectful and safe distance from each other and guests.
• We respectfully request all our visitors action these practices to ensure the continued health and safety of everyone.
